Re: GSP not as advertised

As a breeder, I would want a phone call as it is too easy to misinterpret emails. I would follow that email up with a call. The breeder/seller, whoever, if they are reputable and care at all about the dog, will do whatever it takes to fix the situation. Right now it seems emotion is guiding the dire...

Re: Anybody ever redocked a tail?

I have redocked one that was very long and sickled more than I care for. I had it done at 4 months or so. It was done under anesthesia and we had no complications. The hair grew back around it just fine. I don't feel my vet docked it where I wanted it though and it ended up too short, but still look...

You do have a very good breeder very close in Stacie Smith at Windchimes Kennel in Chester, SC. A google search will get you her website and FB page. I would at least call her and talk to her about her dogs. She does a lot of hunt tests and will also run her dogs in field trials. She is an AKC hunt ...

Just throwing that out there for something to think about. I am a li...

I personally like the thought of closed breed trials, with the premise that the intent is to keep true to breed and identify the best in the breed, instead of adapting the breed to fit the game. I think any reasonable person can understand that a FC Spinone is not going to be the same as a FC Pointe...
