What I would like to know is WHY certain people who feel the need to put down the AKC field trials in the northeast, compete in them ,and judge them, and then trash them.

Mike Go to a few of the AKC hunt tests at Sharpe's this spring. I believe that is what they hold there. Too small of an area for a trial. Just seen the standings through 11/30/2009 Puppy/Derby results. My boy Tucker #7 in both the GSPCA and AKC by dogs defeated. Hopefully 2010 is even better!!!!

My opinion is, I would chose the dog that is consistently preforming. The dog that is always a contender time after time. I would hate to pick a stud that had only one hour of fame throughout competing. That is if all else is equal with both studs.
