Ticks only on dog's head.

I've been using Vectra 3D with good results other then I find ticks on my Drahthaar's head. This past week, me and the wife went grouse hunting for 3 days with him and didn't find a single tick on his body, but have found around 10-12 tiny little ticks on his head. All of them being imbedded. I do t...

Well, to answer the question about how I introduced pup to birds, now that I have computer time. Sorry I work lots of hours and have limited time to spend on the net. No interest in birds.

Well the title says it all. I'm training an 8month old GWP that has no interest at all in finding birds let alone being in the presence of birds. He comes from great lines and I'm following a method of training recommended by the breeder and I'm taking everything slow. I take the pup to the game far...

Well I'm in the same boat as most of us are. Busy as heck and it just doesn't seem like I've got the time, but you need to make time. I'm raising 3 young kids, 9, 7, and 2. I'd almost bet the food the breeder is feeding is under $1 a pound. Most breeders are feeding quite a few dogs so don't like to feed the expensive stuff. If you can find Black Gold, PMI, Tuffy's, or Country Vet there's a few brands that will be in your price range.
