From what I understand Each dog wore a specific top/bottom dog/am or pm brace, collar supplied by the championship and the Judges Marshall was in control of receiver till it was needed. And yes, If I remember from my hunt test days (which was a LOOOOOOOONG time ago) They run a test on both days for all levels (usually) and you can qualify on both day's.
