Spent a good amount of time on this. He will hold but it seems after he has been running and working he dont want anything in his mouth. I can even reinforce the fetch/hold with his food bowl and it works. I hate hammering on him though especially in a trial

Had no idea. Where they located at? at customer service right when you walk in the door. just let them know you want to kennel your dog. it's nothing more than a room with 5-6 crates in it, but better then leaving your dog in the car, or at home. Thanks to all for your input. E-collar is not being turned on and will not for a while. Just want her to get used to having it on her neck. Will continue with the daily walks and obedience training.
