i don't have any experience with retrievers but heres what i would do, i would keep him on a floating checkcord to help guide him back to you when called and I would also work on having him come back to, Im not sure if you use an e-collar or not. hope this helps maybe someone with more experience in...

i choose to do it myself for a couple reasons. First I didnt have the money to take the dog to a pro and second because i wanted to build a better bond with my dog, I also wanted to get a feel for how the hunted, oppose to just watching the dog hunt. it also taught me alot of different things. i bou...

with my mud river kennel pad, u just hose it off and lay it outside to dry, which is also recommended by mud river

mud river makes a ncie one, i really like it, not the softest but its tough, nice durable rubber type bottom and the top has 1200D Nylon also very tough, gundogsupply has them on sale right now for $18

lion country supply has a good bell, not to big and not to loud, just right. its called the swiss style bell, the us made one.
