My pup had her first real swim tonight on a duck shoot in a swamp. turns out she loves water afterall.

My gsp eats way to fast!!!!
I have a 16 week old pup and she eats so fast she chokes and vomits full kibbles. Any idea how to slow her down?

hey thanks for all the advice i actually had my pup out last night with my friends lab. we were out in the swamp playing with bumpers and she had her first little swim. she is only 15 weeks but she was hyper as could be the whole time in and out. i was verry happy with her first trip to the swamp

I am new to the gun dog life but i am a big duck hunter and wanted a different dog than all my hunting buddies so i just bought a female german shoirthaired pointer i love the breed but is there any way to encourage her to enjoy water?
