Kinetic is a Hubbard made dog feed. Looks good on paper and from a well respected feed mfg. Again, this is not a feed mfg that has any ties to the Native brand(made by Kent) or others you're thinking. Hubbard is Hubbard. Not Kent or Nutrena.

millerms06, a 30/20 back of bag GA does not include the amount of carb's in the formula with % to dry matter and overall caloric density they contribute. Bag GA's show just, Protein, Fat, Fiber, and Ash. It's a stretch to correlate between a GA and Kcal/per cup without knowing the "rest of the story"!

petrey10, Have you had a CAT scan or MRI to rule out a possible brain tumor? It's seems like you've ruled out a ton of other possibilities but those symptoms shout out a possible cognative issue, brain tumor, or unseen head trauma. Best of luck partner. My prayers are with you guys.

Hey Dr. Tim, I just read on the internet that vet's will soon be writing prescriptions for "medicinal" grass for their canine customers. That should help keep our dog's from eating the often street laced "wild sweet grass". And as we all know, everything on the internet is true!

Chaingang, If down the road you can get chance to feed 30/20 ANP I might suggest switching to it if your dog(s) has done well on the original formula. I have only seen that same type of dog skin reaction(zit,puss etc) from fire ant bites in the south, but you guys posting are so far north for that type of thing. I am very curious to hear for any other poster as to what it could be.

ANP is one of those super small regional brands that makes an unbelieveable top notch performance 30/20 kibble and who either doesn't realize or doesn't care that they should be charging a heck of a lot more for it!!! Gotta love 'em for that though! Black bag Endurance formula is legit.

Sorry yukonjasper, I was refering to Lyme Disease as LD and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever as RMSF. Brushing out post run is not perfect but being vigiliant and doing a complete wipe down and visual inspection is a helpful way to, at minimum, deter the chances.
