Ruth, Rather than boring you with my experience's with the ecollar, I would suggest you order "The Perfect Start " video from Gun Dog Supply or Dressler's Supply. My dog's always have an ecollar (and Astro) on when in the field. I will even start indroducing the ecollar to them at 3 or 4 months old...

Hello Grousehunter74...we use BLUE BUFFALO lamb and rice..reason is allergies mainly..it has NO WHEAT, SOY OR CORN in it which are the most common reasons for allergies in dogfood.. NO CHICKEN BY PRODUCTS OR MEAL..theres lots of fruit in it as well..its about $65 for a 30 pound bag.. he gets 4 to 5 ...

I don't think either of you sre understanding the proper use of an e-collar, what it used for, when it is used, or how it is used and what it does for your dog. I would assume the breeder is going to have her xray to see if there are any pups..i wouldnt contact buyers and getting anyone concerned until i had her to the vet to be sure..ive never had a litter before but i have been around other people who have and they seem to always get the pregnancy confirm...
