My point was why does everyone say the SH,MH dogs are not the dogs to go to???? Why does everyone say that "OH the FT dogs are the best to go to"? That just isn't so. Kiki I would say that out of those three you listed as requirements the only one a MH does not need compared to a FC is Speed..the other two I would say it needs. A FC is great but a MH is not so bad either, to me you make it sound like its no big deal to have a MH dog.

Another thought is since you already have them going in a shed you can by just the K9 doors, install them on your shed and that should keep the rain and wind out. Would be cheaper then buying the whole kit I imagine.

Both of my Vizslas use the k-9 Kondos and they seem to like them. I live here in Nebraska and its gets pretty darn cold and they seem to stay nice and warm inside. They love to lay on top when its nice out. Oh and another plus is they are chew proof.... minus the wood roof of course..so far so good,...

I use a MOTHER but i like the looks and design of the Bird N Lite...just maybe i might have to try one now. Thanks for the review.

One question, was it easy to load the birds into your Bird N Lite ? On my MOTHER i have to almost take the vest all the way off as it does not have front loading.

I agree, I watched a couple dogs that way here...unlike the dogs you are talking about these didnt get a pass....not yet anyways.

Look at it this way, when you run your dog with one of these yours looks so much better, its just to bad they pass dogs like that.

Im not understanding why kneeling is such a big deal to you that you would risk your dog not passing for a error on your part..not the dogs. You have explained the whole saftey issue but your running a risk anytime your around someone else with a loaded gun. Stand by the dog and get your ribbon..or ...

I would think you might want some more head room, 18 inches high is kind of on the low side i think, i was thinking more towards the 22 to 24 inside height for a larger breeed dog. The cardboard idea sounds like a good one, i never thought of that.
