I'd imagine they would say "no extensive studies have been done on k9's. Human trials are inconclusive, but if you want to use it, use human grade."

Supplements for dogs seem to be more to please the human for their bad breeding.

I thought about the vaccine years ago, but decided not to use it. Our vet never even heard of it, much less had it, when I asked him about it.

Lots of rattle snakes in North PA, never seen one during grouse season.

I hate when guys complain about the cost of better guns when they have 5,6,7,8....junky ones rather than 1 or 2 really good ones. I have been feeding Sportmix Black Bag. It's done well for the young dog and old dog. I've also fed Loyall, Earthborn, and Pro Pac over the years. Feed store is dropping the Sportmix so I picked up a bag of Eagle Pack 30/20. We'll see how it goes.

I know it's been a great food over the years, but I haven't kept up on it lately. Has there been any formula changes recently? Seems TOTW and Royal Kanin are taking over the feed stores in our area.
