Re: Help, my CBR is shy
Unfortunetly I got her at 3 months old from a breeder so they did not interact much with humans and the outside world, she lived on 3 acres of land. She is great with people and other dogs just extremely submissive and shy to new places, cars, driving in cars, etc. Right now she is 5 months old. She...

Re: Help, my CBR is shy
She is actually pretty good at sitting when in stressful situations. I will not be excited/praise her when she is shy, im pretty good at ignoring bad behavior but I tend to get excited to try and get her excited and maybe she might see that as me praising her. Thanks for you response.

Hello, I have a 5 month old CBR and she doesnt exactly want to retrieve, its kind of like only when she feels like it. No matter where we are, she acts the same. Re: Help, CBR puppy
Its a slow process but today was great improvment with a lot of things. Im sure with in time she'll come out of her shell. Unfortunetly it has gotten too cold in go in the water for a 4 month old pup but I cant wait till her coat comes in and it gets warmer . Thanks for your reply.

Help, CBR puppy
Hello, I have a 4 month old CBR. We got her late, at 13-14 weeks old, so I havnt had her too long. I am also new to this bred. I have read lots about this breed and have read about their stubborness and intelligence. They are known to be active, social (when been shown), and good at retrieving. Well...
