Wyndancer has a good breeding on they're website. Not to promote them because I don't know them but that's the kind of Gordon I like. I'm sure they'll be field Gordons. Tell me those dogs aren't smiling in those pictures. :D How could you not love a Gordon :D

Why not 2 dogs? You can get a versatile breed dog to do duck and upland hunting, but you can also get that Setter you always wanted too. Don't limit yourself to one dog.

Welcome Robin. I had 2 Goldens love them both. The last one I had love to point, so I decided to get a setter and found that the Gordons have a very similar personality. Have you ever let your dogs chase birds, you may find it very enjoyable to watch become birdy.

Congrads on the new pup. Never had a problem with my dogs sleeping in my bed, but then I've never had the best trained dogs and I don't think that has anything to do with them sleeping on my bed. It has more to do with my training ability. :D :D

Only thing I would change is the shirt, you should have a quality shirt on when hunting or posing for pics. You know like a 49er shirt, a shirt with a goat"s head on it draws away from the beauty of the dog and the pheasants :lol: :lol: :lol:
