Re: What type of shotgun are you using for your bird hunts?
I know how rare ANY 410 NID Ithaca is, and realistically dont feel I'll ever have the opportunity or means to get my hands on one. That being said, its exactly why i dream about adding one to my collection. My chances are slim to non existant, but someday with a little bit of luck ill come across a ...

Re: What type of shotgun are you using for your bird hunts?
Man what a story, id love to get my hands on a 410 NID single trigger ejector gun. I have an ithaca/skb 600 O/U in 12, a Flues SxS 12, and an NID SxS 16. Re: semi auto .308
The gunsite scout is an AWESOME little rifle. If i were looking for a bolt gun itd be my #1 choice. Ill be using my AR for whitetail, 3 gun competitions, and HAMMERING coyotes. If you have basic mechanical skills you can easily build an AR thatll be deadly to any deer sized game. You could also build the AR15 (rather than AR10) and barrel it for something like the 6.8SPC. O...

Re: how much are you paying for hay?
we sell mixed hay from our farm for 2.50$ per bale. Bales are teh typical 50ish pound square bales, we feed it to our cows and horses during the winter when it too cold to be in the pasture... Guess we could ask more, that price is delivered to our customers....

Re: Live Birds in NY?
Hey rich, i know nothing about the game bird license in NY, BUT i am a supporter of the pheasant CO-OP program. The NYS DEC give supporters day old chicks free of charge to be raised at an individuals house, farm, etc. This year i myself applied for 150 chicks, and they can be released at any age be...
