My Brittany pulled her toenail back and it bled a little bit. She won't put any weight on the foot. How long until it heals? She is all of a sudden very affectionate and clingy.

E-Collar use for digging
Has anyone ever used their e-collar to stop their dog from digging? I was thinking that using it on the lowest level would make her think twice when she starts. I'd start with a tone first. She is a 6 month old Brittany and is already used to having a collar on with the underground fence.

I asked my vet her opinion. She is very experienced with sporting dogs as duck hunting in my area is huge and said that most of the research out there against spaying/neutering too early is skewed. Her exact words were, "complete rubbish". Just like everything else, opinions and professionally revie...

First exposure to hunting
Hi all,
I have a Brittany pup that is about 9 weeks old. I want to go dove hunting when the season comes back in November and take her with me just to get her exposed to different landscapes. Will the shooting mess with her development this early in her life? I hate to leave her at home.
Thanks
