Yes, I like mac-n-cheese anyway and thought this recipe would be a good way to experience my first pheasant.

I made Pheasant Mac-N-Chesse tonight. Came out rather well if I do say so myself. Found the recipe in Cabelas Hunters Harvest flyer.
