As the title says, tell us what training tool (other than birds) you can't live without, if you have retrievers/pointers specify that too. I have a few but my favorite for retrievers/pointers would hafta be a Training table.

With your pup I'd stick to the basics and keep it fun. SHORT training sessions (and I mean short 1-2 min) where pup doesn't even know he is being trained. I took mine outside and everytime she sat by my side I'd mark the behavior with "yes" but not label it. Also DO NOT OVER TRAIN! We all want a fan...

Hi, Looking for training clubs/Groups Near Dothan, if anyone knows of anyone, or a club i can train REGULARLY with that would be great (Hoping for no more than an hour drive once a week) I run labs and Gwp in HT, Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure I'd talk to the farm owner and let them know that their birds may need to be handled less or just genuinely talk to him about the possibility of not guiding with your dogs because you wouldn't want to inhibit their natural ability.
