Re: WHATEVER IT TAKES
That was a very intriguing read.
I was on the fence about whether to spend the money on a GPS Collar or buy a beeper collar.
but after reading this. A GPS COLLAR it is!
Thanks for sharing that story.

Re: DT systems vs Dogtra Bird Launcher
Thanks for the responses and it does seem to be a toss up but since they are so similar and I already have had good success with dogtra Trainimg collar then I think I will try the Dogtra. I also like the idea of mounting the plywood to the dottom.

Only had to change the batteries once so far and the collar is very waterproof as my dog loves the water. I could purchase a DT systems bi...

e collar replacement batteries
I need to get new battery for my Dogtra ARC Remote and going to get a new battery for the collar while i am at it. Has anybody had good results with the cheaper priced/not brand name batteries on Amazon? In some cases these batteries are only a third of the cost that the name brand manufacturer sell...

Re: 28 versus 20
Thanks for the feed back. It sounds like you all did your homework. The more i think about it i should get a 20 ga. especially for the shell availability, as i look around i dont see many 28ga shells for sale.

That's cool! I'm looking forward to hearing about the result's. I've been thinking about a 28 gauge myself but not crazy about the price of the shells and the fact that not a lot of store's stock.

Re: Cheap(er) Price on Pro Plan
You are correct! that is a awesome price, i just bought a bag at TSC last week it was a 37.5# bag for $48.00..
I think i better order a bag anyway in case they say it was a misprint!
THANKS for the heads up!
