Re: Any trainers in NW Arkansas?

I dont have labs but when we lived in Bentonville I would leave my dogs with her when we left town and she too...

Re: Okies around Tulsa
Jenks will be a little higher priced but the school system is one of the best in the state if not country. Glenpool and Sapulpa are going to be on the cheaper side and they are further from the actual town of Tulsa. As far as Berryhill and Sand Springs go I have no idea, I am currently working in Sa...

CCL Tear...next step?
I had my male out in the backyard on a free run to burn off some energy, when all of sudden he yelped, picked up his back leg and refused to put any weight on it. I called him to me looked over the foot and leg and did not see anything immediately, so i put him up thinking maybe he twisted something...

Re: Dog weights, how much does your dog weigh?
My female Sadie weighs 32 lbs and my male Rooke weighs 57 lbs. They are both pointers that are full siblings, the female was born in June of 2006 and the male was born in Jan. 2007. Sadie was one of the biggest pups in the litter at 8 weeks but just didn't grow as big as Rooke did, they were both fe...

Go further West, Woodward/Ft. Supply area, the Cooper WMA has decent numbers of quail, Packsaddle is annually pretty good for quail, but if you have a dog keep them relatively close, lots of sand hills and easy to lose a dog that likes to run, and if you feel like a road trip you head out to the pan...

I use the welded wire fencing with landscape staples to hold it down and it works great. Have done it many times with no problems and it easy to pull up if you don't need it any more.

Chicken Coop into kennels?
My Dad recently bought some hunting ground that has a chicken coop that has been in use up until about a month ago. My question is this, I have heard in the past that chicken poop is not good for dogs, is there any truth to this? Also, he would like to use the other sections of the coop to raise som...

Stud won't breed, need advice
Let me just start with a little background info, the female is approximately 5 years old and has had 2 litters previously. The male is 2.5 and has never bred a bitch before. The female is known to be a little aggresive towards some studs but has not shown any aggression towards my male. When he is a...

I would be very interested in that breeding if I can get rid of a setter that I have know, a good friend of mine has a male out of Mace that he has been very happy with and fairly successful in NSTRA trials. I know it is still early and only in the planning stages but where are you located.

Another place to look would be the Tuls...

Re: Kennel supplies/design
Huntemup, AKC has a kennel that is 5' x 10' that is made from what looks to be hog panels and steel tubing, much more rigid than a chain link kennel. The Tractor Supply Company here sells them for around $300.00, and sometimes has them on sale for $250.00. My trainer has 6 of them and loves them, wh...

Re: Lets see some dog boxes!
Nate, I am currently building a trailer out of an existing 5' X 8' utility trailer. It will be a 6 dox trailer with a 30 gallon water tank and tons of storage. The individual boxes will be 24" wide X 30" long X 26" tall, the water tank will be situated over the axle, then there will be storage on to...

Re: Best place to get a good stakeout?
Lion Country Supply makes a very good stakeout. It is very heavy duty, be sure not to order the small size. The larger one is the better of the two. I think they are around $20.00. I currently have 3 of them and would not think of buying a different one.

I have a pointer that does the same thing, the one in my avater, I used for-bid that I got from Lion Country Supply.
