Good luck with your hunts. A gun dog is not a gun dog until it knows what it is doing, and lots of hours in the field is the key to that. Not a GSP, but I currently have a rescue springer that is the finest field bred springer I have ever met. I don't know what her lines are, but she is a champion from nose to toes.
