The problem with not being able to view pictures sounds like a problem with a web browser or a slow internet connection. You will not be disappointed! These tape have a TON of good content. I have other tapes that I watched about twice, but I watch perfect start and finish tapes over and over, because they are loaded with tons of training info. I re watch the tapes to pick-up on little parts that I have missed before....

I've seen both these series, and they ROCK big time. Here is a link to their site. They are more expensive than most tapes. I bought other tapes then got the perfection kennels DVDs. I wish I would have gotten the Perfection Kennels series first....
