Blood and biopsy were sent to the lab at UGA I'm hoping to hear something today or tomorrow. The is on antibiotic and prednisone and the size of the lymphnodes has gone down.

font ones seem ok back is mildly swollen not as bad as neck and chest...energy levels, eating etc.. all seem normal.

i didnt think about the paste, my deddy has horses and uses the paste I remember him saying thats how he gives it to his dogs too, doesn't take much I think one tube does 1,200 lbs or so....

so you just use a small MCG syrince and dose that way, I was getting mine from a retired vet who would mix it for me in PEG and it was a lot easier I would just pull 2 CC (ratio it was converted good for a dog up to 100lbs ) I'm finding less and less time go see him so I was just debating mixing it ...

I had a thread I posted earlier but looks like it was deleted before I even got to take a look. Is anyone pre dosing their Ivermectin in PEG for an easier dose, just looking to see what ratio you are using, I need to sit down and do the math but wanted to check it hear once I do.

No doesn't seem to be red after the hair falls out and seems to me in a lot of the places where he was bit but it fell out in a lot bigger patch...the hair on his legs and back are fine but the area's around the neck pull off easy. I can probably get a pic if you think would help.

hunted opening week north above hayes Phesant and quail numbers were good, I hunted all WIHA, I hit the thinner CRP next to cut crops, plum thickets and edges around cut fileds and dit pretty well...didn't kill a limit each day but killed birds and seen birds and missed a few.

I got in a bad habit of leaving my door open and a young coon came in and killed 9 pigeons....Put my trail camera up and saw him trying to figure out how to get back in after i closed it up.

Wanted to get some opinions I went last year left GA on Thanksgiving and stayed for a week, had a good time but the wet fall and winter had a good amount of crops still on, had some friends go a week or two later and there was some snow and they had better luck. I'm kind of leary of going later just...

same time i went last year and around the same area. Because of the wet weather a lot of crops were left...and I did so so....my friends went about a week or so later at that first good snow and wore them out....If all goes well I want to head out there around 1st week of Dec.

We drained it, it was just serum...no puss or infection...the dog ran into a fence a week or so ago but didn't get cut up just had a scratch just a little higher up...he said it could have been from that and then the fluid just drained down to the lowest point....So all looks good.

dog is in good condition....my kennels are on raised wood deck and dogs sleep in barrels.....

I went to feed/check the dogs yesterday and noticed on my youngest dog on his chest looked like a swollen knot but when i felt it it was just a pocket of fluid seemed to be between the skin and the chest. The dog has been in the kennel so i don't think he could have been bitten by anything, also eve...

Well here in GA the big thing is farming practices, and predator control. example.... I lease 400 acres in south GA. a mix of peanut and soybean farm. fields are planted tree line to tree line and round up sprayed. every now and then the year before I would jump a covey on a road in the thick pines ...

If it ever dries out...I can only get usually on a sunday and for the last 3 or 4 weekends its been bad weather....I haven't even been one time in GA this year....just been a crazy year with work and weather. What part are you going to down around albany? plantation, private, public land?

OK Im in GA and I heard a guy say he was going hunting with his friend down in south GA. He said he has Rawbone pointers....what is this name used to describe....is it just a southern thing for a hardcore dog or something? I'm in the younger crowed and just never heard that before.

I fiured later in the year might be better but was worried about the weather....what about ice bad snow just try and make those dates flexible and watch the weather before heading out.......When its late like that i guess the birds have to be in the cover cause all standing crops are gone.

Well I'm coming to the conclusion that I like hunting the piney woods of south GA for quail....This hunting waist high CRP and having pheasants flush up 50-75 yards out was just getting to me...if it wasn't that they were in what crops were left standing...I tried to hunt the wooded draws and edges ...
