Re: New Field Champion

Thanks Bruce. Bob said she was fun to run, handled well, and stood way off her birds with lots of style.

Robert she is out of Doc Culpepper's Hurricane Hugo and Hurricane Donna will try to get a pedigree up.

Re: roger boser bearcat kennels

I have judged his dogs on several occasions. All of his dogs I have seen are truly bird dogs and very nice trial dogs.
You should be able to get a nice dog from him. If I was in the market for a Red Setter I would definately go to Roger.

I would suggest you have your vet check for Lymes disease.
A similar thing happened to a friends dog. Impossible to put weight on her, diarrhea, no energy, sore. When the vet treated her for Lymes disease she turned around and is again training for and running in field trials.
Good luck

I was wondering also if points are awarded towards a dogs FC/AFC with wins at the Nat'l trials??
In a GSP AKC National event if you win your dog becomes a FC or AFC no matter how many points you needed going into the stake.
