Re: Breeding Question
Just food for thought, in breed clubs that actually have required breeding standards on, dogs and or dentition requirements a butt or plier bite is typically not a disqualification, but it is suggested to use caution when breeding. However, an overshot, undershot, cross bite or any missing teeth oth...

Alpha dogs are not fearful or skittish, they are very confident and only show aggression when warranted. This dog seems to need more socialization, which may or may not solve the issue, and has resource guarding issues.

We have used it for several years without any issue and had a dog bitten by large timber rattler last year. I believe it helped compared to dogs we have had bitten before without the vaccine.

I would definitely get the pup out in the fields and woods, just avoid places like dog parks where large numbers of dog frequent or congregate.

It rarely can be a lack of good bacteria in the gut but I agree with Sharon and find it often is nothing more than feeding too much while the dog isn't active enough to burn it all up. It is possible that it could be a formula change but that would rarely happen. And when it does, the feed is norma...

That tends to be the primary use in USA but they are versatile hunting dogs. In Europe their main use is on fox, badger in the earth and flushing upland game, rabbits, hare and wild boar above along with blood tracking. That is the manner in which we will be using ours.

IMO you do have a dog with issues.3-5 months is a critical time in a pups life where they should be getting exposure and socialization to, and with, as many different things as possible. Sometimes when they haven't had this they will act in a manner such as your dog does or worse. It can take a lot ...
