I found a couple of videos on youtube that gave some good ideas on how to start them out. Be careful though, I have one that is hooked. I can bring him in after a good run and he'll jump on the thing and bark until I turn it on.

I give raw chicken necks or backs once or twice a week which helps keep their teeth clean. They also have nylabones & deer antlers to chew on.
The few times I have shown dogs I'll scrape off any tartar if needed. It usually pops off pretty easy, the hardest part is teaching them to be still.

Had a vet recommend Bonine and have used it with success. Works like Dramamine but doesn't make the drowsy. For light cases I've given dogs ginger cookies with good success.

Several of the CA areas in MO have special deer hunting restrictions, during firearm season I'll run the dogs on the areas that only allow bow hunting.

Nylabones, marrow bones or antlers. With 7, they get them in their crate so there won't be any issues over possession. Once a week they get raw chicken necks or backs with their dinner.
