Yes it does I always try to take my time getting to him on point as not to rush in on the bird. I will try to get ther sooner would you kill the bird or let it go?

Do you mean let him point and do nothing. If I do that he will stand there and bark because he wants to break.

He was broke about a 1.5 ago. He acts he is just as happy as can be when you walk up on him. I was hunting wild quail today same thing flagging it did not get any better when I approached. dog flagging
Hi my dog Toby is 4 years old broke steady to wing and shot. This year he has decided to flag while pointing. He does not break point he flags. My question is what to do? Make him stand until he stops. Should I use the collar to steady hum on whoa. I am confused can you help?

I had sport dog. I sold it. They had incosistant shock. I did a test in the yard. Sport dog replaced the collar same thing. I went with TT pro 100 best collar I have ever had.

My dog cut his front leg on a fence I put a long sleeve t shirt on him it worked great. I only wish I would have gotten it in orange. I also have the vests from Cableas. I think I might go with more t shirts as no rubbing and no noise in the field. The shirt was tore up but not to bad not a mark on ...

This is a picture of Toby and my son John at a Junior hunt test. Toby does great on everything but the retrieve. If it is a tennis ball in backyard he is a stud. But if it is a bird he will bring it back within about 15 feet and take off to hunt. I am getting ready to begin the force fetch procedure...

So far he acts like any other 1 year old. Full of plenty of gas. I will be pheasant hunting with him in Nov I will let you know about his endurance then. I don't think energy will be a problem.

Other than the range what advantage is the classic70 over the the g3? I am comparing the 70 the pro 100 and the g3. I like the g3 price but would I be better to go with the 70 or the pro 100?

check out the exceptional shorthair gundog listed in pups for sale. I have a pup from this litter they are amazing. Shorthairs are the best.

Check out the safe at Sam's Club. I have one it is excellent. The electronic lock is no big deal. I spoke with the manufactor about it. They are extremely helpful.
