I dont have first hand knowledge of the 2500, but have a question as im thinking of getting a 2 dog system. Does anyone have problems with the LCD display. That seems to be my only concern is that pesky lcd not being very long lasting.

Chuckar are generally cheaper, out here in california you get 6 bird plant of chuckars to 3 phesants for about the same price,,more opertunity to train with chuckar.

Wear are you hunting in North West Nevada, Currently dogless, but if i had a dog right now sounds like a great oppertunity. I sure love that High Desert Country. We ussualy hunt eastern Oregon, never hunted Nevada.

Thank you for mentioning pumpkin. Ive been doing some research on it, and it seems that 100% canned pumpkin (Not the pie kind) is great for Diarrhea and Constipation. Raahauges is in Dunnigan, just 30 mins from North Sac off of Hwy 5. Its a pay and play place, but his chuckars fly strong for planters, and he is open to let you hunt any wear after 10am, if no one is in the field. Reasonable rates, good people, strong birds, Cheapest sporting clays(Nice course to)....
