My father-in-law had a female GSP that had similar symtoms and she deteriated over night. By the time she got to the vet the next day it was to late. Get her to the vet or at least call right away just to be safe.

Our male hit a growth spurt at a year and half in which he gained another inch and a half. My father in law's experience with his GSPs (he had only females) they were all pretty much grown at 12-15months other than filling out.

I have a very high energy GSP and are located in NE Kansas. My father-in-law also has two high energy GSPs. We feed Diamond High Protein for Sporting Dogs.
