Underneath the carrying handle there's a long battery that you need to charge. I charged under 6 volt area on my charger. Plus, Walmart now sells lithium 9 volt. These are for electronics under the dog. Hope this helps!! Thanks Jonesy

Does the dog like birds? You can use electrical tape, and tape a wing of a pigeon to the body. Leave other wing loose.
