Re: What Breed Did You Start With
My grandparents had ES as we were growing up. I have considered setters every since but a GSP came into our life 13 years ago that is still with us. The wife has a Brittany and I have a 2 year old GSP also. I am in the process of looking for a Pointer, my GSP's have led me to this as they are and we...

Re: Numbers south of Des Moines, Oskaloosa?
I live 15 miles south and west of Osky and the numbers are definitely down. That said I see a few coveys and there are some pheasants out there. I am lucky to have a lot of ground to hunt and access to much more. If you want or need any info, fill free to pm me. Keith

As you see I don't post much, but I would bet that he or she would be at a disadvantage as often as not due to the perception of their advantage. Keith

Re: What holds Newb's back from Trialing?
I have had all the same doubts as most of those posting, but this year I am throwing it all to the wind. I have sent the premiums in for one walking trail and just as soon as I can find the premium for the one in Neb, I am going to enter another. I've only run one jr hunt test so I will probably ups...

His AKC name is Ammo's High Tide. We got him from a breeder in Georgia that trials and shows, they have a litter every year or two. I work overseas and don't have his pedigree with me to give you more info. Keith

Re: Where will your dollars go?
