Stupid question of the week.....what is a "Futurity" in field trials? I see the listing of Futurity Litters in my Brittany mag and I can enter my pup in the futurity, thats all great, but I don't know what it is!
You can answer as soon as you stop laughing!

I ate live sushi a few weeks back, was amazing. First time I ever had sushi cut from a flapping fish. Dogs benefit from a good dose of bacteria in the gut. I am convinced. What you call sushi we call bait in these parts....fish should be battered and fried! :D I feed Loyall and so does my trainer.....

The hot weather has not been good for grass or birds! Sounds like we are a little luckier here Prairie, nobody has had to touch their CRP as of yet and most have plenty of hay. Heard a guy last night say his brother in South Missouri is already feeding hay it's so burned up down there!

7 months is to young. When you get it back you will have to stay on him to retain the training. Work that dog on your own and don't get to crazy about pushing the pup for this season. #1)What does it take or maybe I should say, how does a pup earn its OP and OD points in field trialing? #2)If you mainly got a pup to foot hunt behind and maybe hunt test with and it showed potential as a trial dog would you let it run in the horseback trials? #3) If you let it run in the horseback ...

I like it when people list the JH title when trying to sell pups, funny thing is it probably works for some. I don't know much about this, but if it is truely a measurement of raw ability then why not show it when selling a pup. At least it shows the pup has some raw skills. Maybe I'm looking at it...
