Dogs neutered early tend to be a little taller and that could be a reason why the injury is more common, longer bone on the same joint equals more torque, equals a greater chance of injury.

I have a few friends in the same situation and ironically it did not help much at all. Reasons: clothes and allergens on the hands and feet, kids playing with the dogs outside same thing, allergens on the hands and feet and clothes, also in the car.

Don't clip a dog like this. It just exposes the dog's skin to the sun and makes heating more of a problem. It ruins their coat as well and takes several coat cycles to sort out. Clipping a dog in the summer is an old wives tale. You should however thoroughly brush out the undercoat as it is shedding...

It could be a variety of things but there is corn in that food and when grains are not gelatinized properly the starches are not digestible and probably are fermenting in the lower GI, thus causing the gas.

Try another brand and see what happens.
