My opinion of the best conditions are after a light snow, or rain and so slight of a draft. My aviater dog seemed to always amaze me on the days you have a temp of 104 degrees and a ground temp of the surface of the sun!

I think the stuff I use is called Conesume. It kills all sorts of viruses and it also knocks out the urine smells. It is a cleaner that you can use in household cleaning if you want, pet and human safe. I also use from time to time bleach. I let it set for an hour or so and just keep the dogs away. ...
