Re: Spay/Neuter Religious Freedom Issues
I really don't want to submit a brief on this issue, however, I will say that those alledged situations are distinguishable or incorrect: Gillette v. U.S . 401 U.S. 437, 401 U.S. 461 (1971) allowed for conscientious objector status because it was a direct (rather than incidental) part of a person's ...

Re: Spay/Neuter Religious Freedom Issues
I think you should work on defeating the U.S. Supreme Court Case of 'Smith, 494 U.S. 872 (1990). I am sorry guys but I think the following holding in that decision will prevail on this argument. Re: Spay/Neuter Religious Freedom Issues
I shouldn't get involved in this but, could you reconcile your position for those jews who would have standing to bring that particular issue before the court with the position of the polygamist, in the news, from Texas who are also asking for imunity from prosecution based on their religious belief...

Re: Spay/neutering Lawsuit filed
I don't believe the dog owners will prevail on constitutional grounds! I am certain the courts will determine that there is no constitutionaly protected right to own an unaltered pet and that the state (city) would have a compelling interest to overide any constitutional right that might otherwise b...

Topher40, I like to hobble my horses but in some cases it is not a practical choice. As you know a hobbled horse is a free horse with limited speed therefore hobbling would not be a good choice if you wanted to keep you horse from wandering into a forbidden area (like a road). i think it is a good i...

Hi Windswept, I made a deposit on a pup from Vom Orion (Paul Trout) of Boise Idaho. I was informed that the first breeding didn't take back in January so I hope this one is successful. I am really looking forward to training a DD. When I was younger I had flushing dogs. I like the idea of a hunting ...

Hi everybody, I am James (Jim) Maher, 49. I have two non-hunting dogs now but I have a DD ordered which I hope will be born in May or early June and I will pick it up in July. I have not done any serious bird hunting for more than 25 years but now I have time to get back into it before its too late....
