Did you go to visit the dog and watch the trainer work him, show you his progress being made and give input or opinions on his training during the months he was there with the trainer or just leave him with the trainer and pick him up after the trainer said he was ready to go??..sorry i cant help yo...

Maybe the ring in the mechanism when you took it apart was put in backwards, it happened to me and i had to shoot heavy loads in order to get it to cylcle..i put it in the other way and now can shoot the lightest target loads..good luck..ruth

the techs should have at least sent you home informed mine have always took time to go over post surgery questions ect..i would keep them quiet for a few day then slowly go back into some light activity but after about 10 days stitches come out and they should be good to go, just watch for any disch...

tim, everyone has different methods/tools for training and its all in what you are comfortable with and what works best for you and your dog..i started using the prong collar on jersey at about your pups age because she would pull non stop on walks as if she was in a hurry to get somewhere but didnt...

jumpin the gun a bit asking this early but we are going to florida from FEBRUARY 18TH - 27TH..taking I-75 from michigan all the way to florida..anyone know areas on the way down or even in florida where we could take jersey on some birds that wont take us far off course, also any pet friendly motel...

how about if you take him for on lead walks in public areas, on the sidewalks ect...use that time to teach proper behavior on lead such as heel and no pulling and definitly teach NO chasing of squirrels, cats or any other animal for that matter..i think it would be much harder to teach the pup to ha...
