Where I live (central panhandle) of Idaho, before the introduction of the wolves, Our Elk population was about 10,000 head. Today it is about 1,000. These are numbers from the Idaho Fish and Game. Good luck to those who think that the Wolves won't hurt the game populations. By the way, our Moose pop...

First of all you must have a barrier of some sort between them when you feed, separate kennels or rooms. This sounds as tho it has gotten out of hand. Never should got this far. My experence has found that once they have a grudge this will never end. Hate to say it but I think you should get rid of ...

Had a ,male dog years ago. Had a cherry eye in his left eye. Vet plucked it out,anti biotics and that was it. Was no big deal. Healed just fine and never had another problem.

Not to take away from this post, I would just like to say that I have a white GSP and a solid black GSP. Generally speaking I can most of the time see the black dog way before I can spot the white one. Doesn't make any difference whether it be summer foilage or winter snow. All the black ones I have...

Yes, I had a young dog several years years ago with the same condition, the problem was that he was getting too much calcium which was making his leg bone to grow to fast making the feet to knuckle down. Switch him over to Science Diet for pups. One sack did the trick, legs and wrist joints straighe...

Don't give up as long as your able. I just turned 87 this last Jan. I still run a couple of GSP'S. Of course I don't run up and down the Snake River canyons anymore chasing Chukars. but I do get to go down to a preserve a couple times a week weather permiting. Don't give it up, hang in there.
