Really its up to you. They are versatile animals and many use them to hunt feathers or fur. Personally I do not yet but may as the dog matures. Well how many Red tail Hawks did you see? I heard from a guy I work with coon pelts are going up to around $25 ea. so hopefully there will be more interest in taking out some predators this year. Looks like you at least had fun.

Our house dog was bitten on the tip of her nose by a squirrel took a big ol chunk out. It did return to its original color but skin there has a different texture now.

It would be interesting if they also included a "roadside trend" to count the number of natural predators. I for one have noticed a huge increase over the years of red tailed hawks with the exception of this year.
