take it to the vet when she is at work and then come home put the dog in is pen, and let her find it. Nature took its course, she is none the wiser. Make sure you pay in cash at the vet though, you dont want a paper trail.

Re: How Would You Have Handled This?!
I will start off by saying that I have never had to deal with this issue. I wonder if putting the childs hand in your hand and reaching into the bowl would effect how the dog was reacting? Maybe, he does not see the child as a superior and more as an equal. I would think that if you showed the dog t...

i say its about time to give that pup a beating that it will never forget. Pup is rowdy and out of control, beat its a$$. If it tries to fight back, beat it harder. Rinse and repeat. In SD we hunted from opening until around one, went back to the hotel got the dogs some chicken noodle soup and made our food. Then back out to another spot, or maybe some ditch hunting if the dogs looked rough. Around home it really depends on how much fun we had the night before.

I think something on how to cool off a dog that has been running all day would be helpful to alot of people. I was shocked how fast you can cool off a dog if you just know how to do it properly. Also, Barbed wire cuts would be a good subject. Along with puncture wounds.
