Its no better as it is the same thing. And Ivomec doesn't have to be refrigerated just kept in the dark. Ezzy Not quite  Sentinel is milbemycin oxime plus lufenuron. Milbemycin is a general wormer, but it isn't as effective against HW as Ivermectin. The lufenuron in Sentinel kills fleas.

A Jagd is like a JRT on crack. Not a breed for everyone. Their prey drive can make them difficult to deal with. The guy who owns these dogs and who snapped this photo was out hunting for something smaller when he heard his Jagds on game. It took a while to locate them and he about fell over when he ...

I don't see any point in neutering male dogs unless doing so would help an immediate health problem. They aren't promiscuous unless their owners are irresponsible, and they don't have cycle issues to deal with. As far as health concerns, I don't go for it. If castration is such a great idea for prev...

Have your vet do a dipstick on her urine next time - it will probably be postive for hemoglobin. Then ask him to do a microscopic on some spun-down urine, and he'll probably not see any red blood cells. That ought to tell him something.

Thing is, not many vets deal with working athlete dogs, so they aren't really aware of it. Not like it's common in housepets. Years ago I had a dog with undiagnosed ER. He eventually went into kidney failure which killed him.

Have you tested the collar on the inside of your arm? That should give you an idea of the feel of each level of stim. Have someone test it on you (arm) from a distance (whatever your dog's range is). In my area there's a big difference in the horses at AKC trials vs the ones at major circuit AF trials. The AF handlers' horses are H-U-G-E and flashy. They have to go all day and put on a show doing it.
If you need a larger horse you might look to some mostly AF trialing sites to find one.

The thing with invisible fence, it might keep the dog in, but it won't keep other critters out. Walking horses, fox trotters, and racking horses are the most popular. It's hard for the walk-trots to keep up in some stakes/venues. You are wrong about that. Clubs do the work of trials, but the trials are sanctioned by AKC. That's why all clubs running AKC trials follow the same rules and don't go around making up their own.
