I have tried the fancy pants and they never held up. Lately I have been wearing the Wrangler brush pants. Very comfortable and are good chore pants also. If I need more in the cold or wet I put on my trusty Wick chaps/ About $40 for the Wranglers. Pretty hard to beat.

I don`t shoot the gun anymore, and I never tried any new{current} paper shells. But old paper shells made pre plastic will measure 2 9/16, even tho the barrel will say 2 3/4 in shells. The 2 9/16th chambers are for paper hulls. Do not buy for a shooter unless you plan on reloading paper. Not sure when they went to 2 3/4 chamber. Winchester could probably tell you. My 2 9/16th 16ga. was made in 1916 if I remember right. It is also made of Nickel steel.

The exact same thing can be said about E-Collars also, but you use them.At some point you have to transition away from them and I find it easier to do it from the beginning.

It is a very good collar. For the money it can`t be beat. I have sold many of them and have never had a complaint. I also use one, and just had to change the batteries after 3 years, and I use it extensively in training.

You can also use a FarmTech Hoop building. I know a guy in Iowa that raises his chuckars in one. Works great. Just put the feeders up on a 2x6 box with wire on top for the feeders too sit on. Tail is up in heel. I got him keeping his tail up on whoa now too, short periods, gently saying whoa, then releasing him after 2-3 seconds before he can drop it. Usually give him a treat or very high praise afterwards. Only do it 1-2 times and just do it randomly during the day. Seems to be working...
