Mine had no swelling or heat either but tore her CCL just the same. Fault and responsibility fall on both sides, show and field. There are good and bad dogs on both sides. Most of the dogs I know show first and hunt after the show title is achieved. Konner is a prime example of showing first then going onto hunting. Winning-est Vizsla in history is now a SH and VC h...

I would still ask to have the thyroid done just to rule it out. we were surprised with our dog when it came back really low. Weight gain or loss is a sign of thyroid issues depending on if it is caused by hypo or hyper thyroid levels.

Our dogs did not do good on Loyall...bad poops, hair loss, and lost weight. However, each dog is different so give it a try and you can always change if you don't like it. A few companies will also ship food and we wait for free shipping deals and stock up. We feed Arkat's VF Turkey and rice and Nat...

Whenever I come across a dog's name that is one word, (ie, Raany), the first thought that comes to mind is it must be one of Jim's. :) (Really nice dogs, btw) Do you know the reason for the one word names the Busch's use? Don't ask me, mine ate them all... Bitter Apple, Orange, Tabasco, Old Spice. But for some reason will not chew on a kong no matter what it has in it. We have found that time and bully sticks to keep him entertained have helped.

You would be correct in that assumption!
My Dyson sucks up everything off the floor, counter,etc... and the vacuum's not bad either.
Heck, we even made claim of the week at the pet insurance place.

Go with a reputable breeder and be prepared to wait or go to a hunt test/ field trial/dog show and ask around.
