Re: Community Service Announcement

Casey,

It isn't a sticky because, due to some quirk of the way Grant customized the software, I can't make anything a sticky even though I have super moderator and most admin privileges.

It's annoying.

An exerpt from a recent thread. Please take the time to read and please comply. Things are just going to get more heated and contentious as we near the elections. Following normal professional conduct, we do not discuss contentious politics nor religion.

If you want to start a pissing match on politics, do it somewhere else.

The next outburst of stupidity will result in a benching. You have been warned.

Much ado about nothing.... It should be. I think it's shameless and pathetic for a breeder to name or attach themselves or kennel to another person's dog. At the time the buyer agrees to the breeder's terms, the pup belongs to the breeder. It is their propert. They, ultimately, set the terms. If th...

Re: Pigs' affect on wild quail numbers - a report.

The TN approach sounds rational on the face of it. Landowners, family and 10 "designees" can kill hogs. Hunters deer hunting on WMAs can kill hogs. Otherwise, no hunting of them. IOW, take the profit out of it and make it expensive to get caught importing them.

Feral hogs multiply rapidly. That cat is already out of the bag. I don't think not bringing them into the state is going to help. Just off the top of my head, you'd be better off trying to kill and trap as many of the rascals as possible.
