We had a boxer years ago that ate my daughters Easter basket while we were at church, grass, foil and all! He was'nt solid for a week but lived thru it. Oh and our yard looked very colorful with the bits of foil and colored grass! :lol:

Thanks Mike, I think Rob sold me a solid dog! Dogs are a lot like kids or grand kids, I find myself bragging about them to people who prob. don't really care! Dif. is I have noticed that the dog never ask for money or talks back...just saying!

Like Waiting for Christmas As A Kid!

As my pup Dexter gets closer and closer to becoming a hunting partner I find myself almost wishing away the summer so we can get to the hunting! It is almost like being a kid trying to sleep on Christmas Eve but laying there waiting for morning! Who knew you could be this old and enjoy a dog so much...

My Britt is 4 months old now and has not been in contact with a bird yet. I hold out hope that he will run across one or two birds on one of our trips to the farm so that I can see his reaction. Maybe I will be able to make it to the next one. Pup starts training in June, can't wait!

Shags that is only an issue with my wife not me! I've got a feeling I shall have 1 or 2 more dogs in the future. 2 for now and maybe another on down the road. I need to get the first one trained before I get another, but with my wife you have to start working on her early! :D

Took my Brittany pup to my farm again to run and he ran across his first animals not of the dog species. Two Canada Geese and one very intimidating Bull Frog. He found the Geese to be intriguing and the Bull Frog very ninja like. Fun night that made for some good pictures! I even snuck over the pond...
