I wish I could find a used NEF. Anyone ever use one of the Alfa pistols that they sell at gundogsupply? Does the Kimar index the cylinder under the hammer? Adding a 2nd hunting dog to the family. Currently have a 2yr old spayed female Pudelpointer. Any rhyme or reason for adding a male over a female or vise versa?

Gdog - have you seen the new Rzr 900XPs? They are phenomenal - big difference from the 800s, which I like alot. Re: How long too heal for spay/gastropexy?
What did the vet say about feeding while the stomach is heeling? Is there bloat in your dog's line? Small feedings 4-5x's per day for the first 5 days. Avoid loading stomach up with much weight. We are at day 8 today and I started her back on regular feeding, which for her is 2x's a day. I had a do...

I had a 4 wheeler and needed to be able to carry a larger dog box(es), so upgraded to a RZR. It fits legal width for atv trails which is a big plus. I had to fab up a rear rack for the boxes. I don't talk to her much at all when afield and do not recognize her when she comes back to me on her own. I agree...I think its a maturity/confidence issue. We get into birds and she forgets about me and remembers what we are there for.

It's "ok". The beeper is not very loud. If your working closer ranges its works fine. The battery in my transmitter did not last very long. I have an older 1200NC Dogtra collar that is 7 years old that works great and still holds it's charge really well. The battery in the transmitter of the 2500 di...
