FYI, if any of you are trying to avoid stores. I just went to order a bag of Pro Plan on Amazon, not sure what the deal is, but they have a 48lb bag listed for cheaper than the normal 37.5lb. Strange I have never seen a 48lb. bag before.

Hard to say, but it kinda looks like it might be some sort of infection underneath the skin. Since it is on a paw,it is also possible that something thin and small got stuck up in there.
