[quote="Crestonegsp" The point is if you want a DK/NAVHDA GSP that is fine with me but I want and American GSP because it suits what I do. I do not look down at DK/NAVHDA dogs they serve their purpose just not for me. The American GSP has evolved into a great dog and in looking back at the history o...

Re: Dog With Undecended Testicles
In a young dog, the testicles can and will travel up and down the canal and if it happens to be on the inside of the pelvic bones as they grow closer the testicle gets stuck behind in this case [this is not a genetic thing ] this is why sometimes they do not drop or drop late. Lets back up a minute...

If a dog who wins an American Field walking championship gets the same title as one that wins a major circuit all age championship, then it's good enough for me. In the big scheme of things the dog is always the breeders dog they might not own it but they did produce it and we all expect breeders to take dogs back so they don't end up in rescue so if we expect them to do that why can't they expect you to register the dog with their kennel name?

Remember dogs that run in field trials have to do much more that just find a bird, heck the difference between a Yugo and a Bentley. Both wil...
