Our Pheasant Forever chapter I am involved with has put on the 5 stand sporting clay in the past and we ran into some problems which is why this year we went to just a regular skeet contest like mentioned above 16 yards and throwing 25 clays by rotating 5 different spots through and 5 clays at each ...

[quote="3Britts"]Clarify one thing for me. Are you planning on shooting the bird or just firing a blank after the bird launches? I planned on shooting the bird so that he is rewarded, that is when the time comes. He has already been subject to a little gun fire. Last weekend my sister in laws kid ha...

When working with my dog and using a bird launcher at what point do you start shooting the bird so that he is rewarded after a holding point? Does this happen on the first day of training if the dog does what he is supose to do?

So when I get my coop built and put some pigeons in, how long should I keep them in before I use them for training so that they return? I plan on getting some birds that are about 100 miles away, will that keep them in my loft?

Took my 10 week pup out yesterday when I got home from work, it had been snowing here about 3 inches on the ground. He loved the snow kept trying to catch the snow balls as he ran as the snow would fly up. Ran back and forth through the snow. The first experiences of everything is the best.....

I asked the same question when my neighbor told me the same thing. Resign is the liquid stuff you use with fiberglass. Go to walmart or hardware store and find the fiberglass repair kits and just get the resign and paint it on like paint. Stuff stinks so make sure you are in a vented area.

Orangecrush, the Box is 43" long, 28" tall. The side lower part is 26" while the top part is 19 3/4. The back then you can adjust for any height.
