What everyone likes in a dog is strictly personal and no ones opinion is better than the next person's opinion. I agree with this ^^^ I like a pointy dog. I wouldn't worry . Myself I like them on the smaller side as opposed to the ones you can throw a saddle on. They seem to work this NY cover we hunt the best.
