Re: Stupid Question: Anyone do any good in MO
We really need some moisture and cooler weather. Some of the birds that I got into on opening day were small, late hatch birds. We rotated four dogs, two down at a time and all four had solid, productive points. I am ready for conditions to get better and then I will take some time off from work and...

Re: Stupid Question: Anyone do any good in MO
We found a few coveys but it was hard to find the singles with all the very heavy cover and dry scenting conditions. I don't think it is a great year by any stretch but there are a few birds to be found. I should have a better feel for the bird numbers when the weather and conditions change. I did n...

DB, I like a little variety in the kennels and my old Fiddler/Evolultion dog has gotten old. I wanted to try a Fiddler/Additions dog to take her spot in the rotation. I have found these lines tougher against the elements and sometimes tougher to train and handle. When the conditions are sand burrs, ...

Re: Differences between the Elhew and Miller Eniglish Pointers?
I have had overall really good experiences with the Miller dogs. I haven't found them to be the biggest running dogs out there like some have expressed. I have found them to be very intelligent and pretty biddable. I know that hunters and walking trialers bought many of Ferrel's pups because they co...
