Have recently started using eukanuba premium performance and am really happy with the results. Its the same food RJ uses. She is actually doing better on this than the expensive blue buffalo I use to feed her.

If you are referring to someone who lives in the states, the answer is yes. As long as they have a resident alien card. I sell quite a few guns to people who only need a drivers license and their alien card.

Just keep in mind that brass is softer than steel and wont score the inside of your gun. Steel on steel, will eventually damage your gun. If you only shoot a few boxes you should be fine. you need to go to the local law enforcement and ask them. There are certain states, utah that I know of, that their conceal carry permits are recognized in 34 states.
